The best way to get to the hotel is by taking its free shuttle bus service from Narita International Airport (NRT). On your descent to customs and baggage claim, you’ll need to locate the designated hotel shuttle bus stops, which are clearly marked at both Terminal 1 (usually bus stop #16 on the first floor) and Terminal 2. Check on the website for the shuttle schedule from the hotel since the frequency can change with the time of day. The trip itself takes about 20-30 minutes.

For those who drive, it is easy to find the hotel from the major highways that lead to the airport. There is on-site parking at the hotel. But for most people coming from other countries, the shuttle is what they find works best for them. If you miss the last late-night shuttle, you can get a taxi from the airport, but it will cost much more. You would need to get to Narita Airport Station by train and find the hotel shuttle bus, which makes the shuttle the most direct and logical choice.
